Bio:

Amy Sullivan is a contributing editor at The Washington Monthly. Her writing on religion and politics has appeared in publications including the Los Angeles Times, the New Republic, Slate, and the Washington Post. A Michigan native, she holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Harvard Divinity School, and she is currently writing a book about religion and the left. She is a member of St. Columba's Episcopal Church in Washington, DC.
